Hey guys and welcome back to my blog. Today is day two of my journey and I’m posting a little later than usual. Today’s exercise comprised of a walk in a forest. I wanted a little leisurely walk as this weekend is all about relaxing and unwinding.
We all have a busy schedule during the week, and sometimes even more over the weekend as we try to fit in as much as we can into the few hours we have free. But it’s so important that you take time to rest yourself and let your mind reset. It can be hard to find an activity or area which allows you to do so, but I find going for a walk in the forest to be my way to escape reality. I focus on the birds singing or the animals going about their day paying more slight bit of attention to me or even just listening to the silence.
It can be a great way to help clear your mind and sort through your thoughts and figure out what you must do in order to stop worrying over them. It give me perspective and a goal to accomplish. We all fell much better once we have accomplished a target we set ourselves no matter the time frame.
So today’s important message is to take time for yourself and let yourself relax and unwind. Destress. Reset your mind and you’ll start to think clearly.
