Day 3 – Sunday is funday

Hey guys welcome back to the blog. So today was a rest day for me spent it travelling once again which meant the daylight hours were gone. I did manage to fit in a 2km walk so it wasn’t a total waste.

Sometimes your body just needs a break and that was what today was for. Tomorrow is going to be a big exercise day, going to focus on core and cardio with a bit of yoga. I’ll keep you all informed on my exercise routine tomorrow.
