Day 4 and Day 5.

Hey guys,

So I wish I could say that something dramatic happened to me so I’d have more of a story to share with you all, but alas I’ve none to share. The past two days have just been super busy and I haven’t had the chance to blog or post anything on Instagram. There just aren’t enough hours in the day.

I did get to keep up with my routine, like every work day I cycle 20-25 minutes to work and back home again. On day 4 I did 30 minutes yoga and I did some stretches and cardio exercises as promised. I’m no expert when it come to fitness or exercise in anyway so I turned to my reliable friend YouTube to show me the ways to master ‘beginners’ yoga. It’s a lot more difficult that it seems but I did notice a difference in my posture just after one session and my mental health felt amazing. I would serious recommend. That was followed by stretching my legs, arms, core and back. Am I the only one who needs to crack nearly every bone in their body when they are stretching?

My cardio workout for the week consists of 60 reps of high knees, followed by a minute of butt kicks, 30 reps if sumo squats, 25 leg lifts, 25 tricep dips, 30 side shuffles (15 on each side) and 30 reps of bike abs. Take a minute break and repeat.

Day 5 I was tight from my previous workout so I decided to do some core workouts. This consisted of 1min planking, 30 reps of sit ups, 20 bike abs, 10 leg lifts and then I finished the workout by completing 30 clams using resistance bands.

If anyone is following me along on this journey or if you are starting your own and are overwhelmed, let me know and I’ll be your workout buddy.

Until next time, stay happy.
